I am currently using Outlook 2016 with an exchange server without issue. I am trying to allow my secretary to have delegate access to my account to make calendar appointments and send emails on my behalf. Mac OS XSpeciality level out of ten: 0. I am using the most recent version of Outlook for Mac 2016 and I created a folder 'On This Computer' so that I can move emails to it from the server.

I’ve been granted access to the Calendar of my manager. However, now I’m being bombarded with meeting invitations and responses for my manager as well.
How can I stop this and only receive my own invitations again? While you could create a rule to sort out the mess, the real solution lies in requesting your manager to modify the delegate permissions he/she has set up for you. By default, delegates are set to receive copies of meeting-related messages such as meeting requests and responses. It will take your manager only a few seconds to change it so that you won’t receive these anymore.
